Partner of the Transaction Services team of PwC Italy, in PwC since 1995, Partner since 2007, with ~ 30 years of experience in assisting Italian and Multinational companies as well as Private Equity Houses in their transaction activities. He leads the PwC Italy multidisciplinary team dedicated to clients in the Sports & Football sector. His selected credentials in the Football sector includes:
i) leading PwC team dedicated to the Annual «Report Calcio» prepared in collaboration with the FIGC and AREL;
ii) Assistance to UEFA on Financial Fair Play compliance testing on several Italian football teams;
iii) Buy-side financial due diligence for financial investors in connection with the potential acquisition of Italian football clubs and football merchandising companies;
iv) Keynote speaker in several seminars and conferences and author of articles for Italian and international media.
